The M80 has a multitude of source inputs that can be custom labeled. It has outputs to feed a second zone of audio, so you can create a bedroom sound system just by adding speakers. You can use the M80’s internal amps to power the Zone 2 speakers, or use its line-level outputs to feed a separate amp.

The Faroudja DCDi Cinema™ video processor reduces noise, eliminates video artifacts and up-scales standard def sources for output to a 1080p TV.

A massive power transformer with large capacitors provide stable power when all seven channels are driven at full output.

Every source has assignable audio and video inputs making analog and digital combinations possible. Sources also are named and displayed on the front panel and on-screen display.

Very large heatsinks augmented by 3 fans in the M80 are the heart of an effective thermal management system insuring reliable operation and extending component life.

Zone 2 outputs (line or amplifier) allow the Theater receiver to also serve as a audio/video distributed system to a secondary area of the home complete with remote control capability.
